Schedule
A 30 minute grace period, for collecting
luggage, is given for passengers on all arriving flights.
Wait time charges will
apply after the 30 minute grace period.
Passengers on Diverted or Delayed flights
are advised to call our offices as soon as possible.
Cancellations
No Shows are billed for the full charge.
For
Sedans, there is no charge if cancelled six (6) hours prior. Less than six (6) hours, full charges apply.
(
In addition to the above mentioned policy, All cancellations of pick ups between the hours of 6am -9am must be made
by 11pm the prior evening )
For Stretch, SUV's or Vans, there is no charge
if cancelled at least twenty four (24) hours in advance. Less than twenty four hours (24), full charges apply.
Miscellaneous Charges
Inside pickup/Meet & Greets:
Arriving passengers are subject to a $10.00 parking charge in addition to the parking fees.
Waiting
Time: Passengers are billed at the hourly rate in 20 minute increments.
Holiday
Surcharge: $25.00
Extra Stops: Varies by location. Please
call our office for further information.
Diverted Flights: Waiting time
is billed at the regular rate for each vehical type.
